Personal Account Application
Documents required before starting:
- ID front + Back
Please provide clear images of your ID front and back. Place the card on a flat surface, ensure good lighting, and avoid glare or blur so all details remain fully visible.
- Selfie-ID
Simply write “Ainslie” and today’s date on a piece of paper, grab your ID and hold them both in one hand while ensuring you can see both clearly, then with your other hand, take a selfie with your phone. It doesnt have to be a selfie, you can get someone else to help take the photo.
- Bank statementProvide a bank statement for the account which you will be paying us with. The bank statement must be within last 3 months.
- Proof of your Source of Wealth
eg. Payslip, Tax Return, Certificate from your accountant.
Entity Account Application
SMSFs, trusts, and companies.
For non-individuals (such as SMSFs, trusts, and companies) we have obligations to identify the beneficial owners or members of a trust or company. Each beneficial owner/member must complete the Personal Account Application in addition to the entity details.
